The Twisted Book Cover (FRONT ONLY), autographed by me, has been shipped out to everyone that either provided me their address or signed up on our website. If you haven't received it, please let me know. I know it's the holidays and we're in snail mail mode but we want everyone who requested a copy of the cover to have an opportunity to get the cover and it's FREE.
